We had Sofia cater a Christmas party for 40-45 people. We had some very specific requests regarding food allergies and dietary requirements which you catered for extremely well.

We requested a variety of canapés as well lasagne (meat and vegetarian) and a vegan salad. The quality of the food was excellent and all of our guests commented on how delicious the food was.

The food was prepared and served by Sofia and her two helpers in our kitchen. They left the kitchen in perfect order having cleared everything away.

I can highly Sofia and her team for any party. Her cooking is sublime and her willingness to accomodate our requirements made the whole experience easy and uncomplicated.
