‘Thank you for a wonderful evening. I was delighted to be greeted with an aperol spritz. The canapes were delicious and started the meal off well. It was lovely to be introduced by Sofia at this point and her aim of hosting a night in Rome was successful (the music really added to the ambience)’.

Learned how to make bread
I really enjoyed the whole experience, from start to finish. I am only 15 and was a bit apprehensive! Sofia was amazing, I learned lots, how to make bread, and pasta, combined with my food tech lessons at school the process made sense. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience.
