All you need to know about private dining and classes
How much is your private dining?
Menu starts at £55 per person for 3 canapes and a 3-course meal. Additional costs will be added for numbers over 6 and for travel over 45 min. If the location is further than 2 hours, additional cost for accommodation, will be added to the bill.
How about dietary requirements?
I cater for most dietary, except for coeliac and nut allergies. As all menus are personalised and decided together, all dietary are required at least two weeks before the event date to allow for food ordering and planning.
When do you arrive at our location?
Depending on the level of menu and preparation, I usually arrive 1 hour before canapes are served. I will from time to time ask for a shelf in the fridge for me to use on the day.
What equipment do you need?
I will bring my own equipment and crockery for dinners under 1 hour from MK15. For events further afield and in rented holiday accommodation, I would ask for a photo of the kitchen and the crockery ahead of time.
Can I make any changes to the menu?
All menus are chosen together to give you ample flexibility. Once the menu is decided, I would need any changes to be made max two weeks prior the event date.
What is the minimum number of guests?
The minimum number of guests would be 4 for a Tasting Menu and 6 for a Classic Menu - although depending on the date, different numbers could be considered.
My kitchen is small, can you still come?
Absolutely! As long as I am made aware in advance, it will mean that I will need to make more preparation in advance or adjust the menu accordingly.
How will I pay you?
To reserve the date, I will ask for a deposit that will be deducted from the total of the invoice. Final payment is due in full before the event.
Do you offer additional services?
All events are accompanied by menu and place cards to suit the event. I also offer table styling in addition to the cooking and can be discussed as an additional service.
Would I need to clean?
No need to clear! Me or my magic helper will do that for you as if we were never there, ensuring to leave your house spotlessly clean.
