I am absolutely over the moon to be able to share with you the first of a series of Italian retreats in collaboration with Corte San Ruffillo, a space that

longed to be re-gifted to its green countryside.

Located in Dovadola, borders between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, this incredible Azienda Agrituristica,

will be the ideal place, where to recharge and restore.

Program

Day 1

Arrival and check-in from 2pm
3pm truffle hunting
4.30pm afternoon break
5pm Pasta masterclass
7.30pm Dinner with the pasta and truffle, cheese boards

Day 3

Breakfast
9.30am visit to the Orto followed by gnocchi masterclass and lunch with the produce we will pick
Free afternoon in the SPA onsite followed by Yoga class
7.30pm Dinner

Day 2

Breakfast
9am transfer to Forlimpopoli
9.30am visit to the award winning artisan bakery In nome del Pane
10.30am Visit to Casa Artusi cookery school for a special masterclass and lunch
2.30pm departure for Fattoria Paradiso for wine tour and degustation followed by free afternoon
6.30pm Risotto masterclass followed by dinner
