Nestled in the rolling countryside of Dovadola, where Emilia Romagna meets Tuscany, this stunning agriturismo has been lovingly restored to its natural beauty—offering the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
With a thoughtfully curated itinerary, this retreat is designed to nourish both body and soul—through incredible food, hands-on experiences, and the simple joy of slowing down in an unforgettable location.
Activities include:
- Truffle Hunting: Venture into the lands around Corte San Ruffillo, guided by a skilled truffle hunter and their dog. Any finds will be transformed into a rich, flavourful risotto for you to enjoy.
- Bakery Visit: Explore Nel Nome del Pane, a family-run bakery in Forlimpopoli, and sample a variety of delicious breads, pasta, focaccia, desserts and brioche.
- Harvest & Cook: Join Alessandro, Corte San Ruffillo’s garden manager, to discover fresh herbs and vegetables just steps from the kitchen. Pick your own produce, which will later be used to prepare your lunch.
- Piadina Masterclass: Learn to make traditional piadina, a soft Italian flatbread, using locally sourced grains and lard. Cooked on authentic Montetiffi clay trays, your handmade piadina will be enjoyed fresh after the class.
- Winery Tour & Tasting: Visit the historic Fattoria Paradiso Winery, exploring its ancient cellars and lush vineyards. Enjoy a guided tasting of four native wines, paired with warm bread, extra virgin olive oil and Apennine cheese.
- Yoga & Relaxation: Unwind with a rejuvenating outdoor yoga session in the stunning Italian countryside. Take time to relax and recharge, whether by exploring the spa or unwinding by the pool.
The retreat costs ÂŁ1500 per person, including transfers, en suite accommodation, food, and activities (flights not included). To reserve your spot, book directly with Sofia. A 30% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due in May.
